For Pioneer Partners

The Pioneer Brief

Your monthly update from the Pioneer program

From the Leadership Team

Dear Pioneer Partners,

The Pioneer community has played an important role in the development of NeuroAI. Your clinical experience, ideas, feedback, and willingness to work with emerging technology have helped shape both the platform we have today and our thinking about where it can go next.

Now we want to make the Pioneer program more structured, more visible, and more useful to your practice. We will ask for your input, develop plans around what we hear, begin executing those plans, and report our progress every month through The Pioneer Brief.

This first issue lays out what you can expect over the next 90 days.

News and Milestones

Regulatory

FDA update — MCI Q-Submission

We are advancing our regulatory work related to Mild Cognitive Impairment and have submitted a Q-Submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Q-Submission process provides an opportunity to obtain FDA feedback regarding elements of a potential future regulatory submission and development pathway. We will continue to update the Pioneer community as this work progresses.

Published research

Vestibular migraine

Our work related to vestibular migraine has been published, adding to the scientific foundation supporting our ongoing work in eye movement, vestibular assessment, and neurological conditions. Vestibular migraine will also be the subject of our November Pioneer Master Class.

Section 02

The Pioneer Success Program

Marketing & Practice Growth

Helping Pioneer practices differentiate in their markets and communicate the value of advanced NeuroAI capabilities to patients, healthcare professionals, and referral sources. That may include patient acquisition, local marketing support, physician referrals, Pioneer clinic profiles, digital and social content, patient-facing materials, case studies, videos and interviews, practice-development tools, and Pioneer branding.

During November, we will ask you to identify your highest marketing priorities, then develop a Pioneer Marketing & Practice Growth Plan and bring it back to the community.

Research & Clinical Development

Areas of current interest include concussion and TBI, Parkinson’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, multiple sclerosis, vestibular migraine, dizziness and balance disorders, fall risk, neurodegenerative disease, healthy aging, and longitudinal neurological change.

What questions are you seeing in your clinic that you believe we should investigate?

We intend to begin developing a Pioneer Research Network connecting interested clinicians with our scientific team and, where appropriate, academic and research collaborators. Opportunities may include participating as a research site, helping develop protocols, proposing research questions, participating in case studies, contributing appropriately governed data, and collaborating on appropriately structured studies. The specifics of participation, data use, recognition, acknowledgments, and authorship will depend upon each project and applicable research standards and agreements.

Pioneer Community & Clinical Leadership

There is significant expertise within the Pioneer community. The expanded program will include Master Classes, online training, clinical case conferences, research discussions, technology previews, roundtables, clinical working groups, leadership updates, clinician interviews, and practice spotlights. We are also exploring the creation of a Pioneer Advisory Council, together with focused working groups around research, education, technology, clinical development, and practice growth.

What should we cover next?

Tell us which subjects would create the most value: clinical conditions you want explored, difficult cases you would like discussed, reports or data you want help interpreting, new protocols, research questions, technology you would like integrated, practice-development and patient-engagement topics, and experts or researchers you would like us to invite. Your ideas will shape the 2027 curriculum.

Section 07

We want your input

By the end of November, we would like feedback from every Pioneer on a small number of questions.

  • What are the three things Spryson could do that would create the most value for your practice?
  • What clinical topics, conditions, or protocols should NeuroAI prioritize?
  • What research questions are most important to you?
  • What Master Classes or online training would you like us to develop?

We will summarize what we hear and report it back to the Pioneer community. The next step is not simply to ask for feedback — it is to show you what we did with it.

Section 09

Pioneer FAQ

Straight answers to important questions we are hearing from the community.

How will being a Pioneer differ from simply owning NeuroAI equipment?

Our direction is to create meaningful distinctions based on education, credentialing, technology, platform access, and advanced clinical capabilities. Owning NeuroAI-enabled equipment will not by itself provide access to every capability of the platform: advanced functionality will be associated with appropriate technology, training, credentialing, competency, scope of practice, and applicable regulatory requirements. Our intention is for appropriately credentialed Pioneer clinicians to be positioned at the advanced end of this network.

Will NeuroAI’s expansion create competition for Pioneer practices?

Our objective is a network in which expansion creates additional opportunities for advanced clinicians. As more clinicians use NeuroAI technology, more patients can potentially be assessed; as more patients are assessed, more advanced and complex cases may be identified. We intend to explore structured referral pathways connecting appropriate cases with clinicians who have the training, credentialing, technology, and expertise to manage them.

Will Pioneer practices have geographic exclusivity?

Our strategy is focused primarily on clinical differentiation rather than broad geographic exclusivity. Spryson technology is already present in a variety of hospitals and clinical settings, making broad exclusivity impractical in many markets. Instead, we intend to differentiate Pioneer practices through credentialing, education, technology, platform capabilities, advanced programs, professional positioning, and potential referral opportunities. As we develop the network, we also intend to communicate with existing Pioneers regarding plans to add additional Pioneer practices within their established markets.

What does AI mean for the role of the clinician?

We see AI as a tool for increasing the capabilities of appropriately trained clinicians. As NeuroAI datasets grow, AI may help identify patterns, organize complex information, support analysis, and provide clinical decision-support tools. It does not eliminate the importance of clinical expertise: qualified clinicians remain responsible for clinical interpretation, patient management, and clinical decisions within their scope of practice. Increasingly sophisticated technology can make advanced clinical training and judgment even more important.

How will Pioneer clinical experience and data contribute to research?

We intend to create structured opportunities for interested Pioneer clinicians to participate in appropriately designed research and clinical-development initiatives. The nature of participation, data use, research governance, attribution, acknowledgments, and authorship will depend upon the specific project, applicable agreements, individual contribution, research standards, and regulatory and ethical requirements. Additional details will be provided as individual research programs are developed.

How will patient data be protected?

Patient privacy and data security remain fundamental requirements of the NeuroAI platform. Patient information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements and governing agreements, including Business Associate Agreements where applicable. As new research, AI, data, and At-Home initiatives are introduced, we will communicate the applicable requirements and data practices associated with those programs.

What happens to existing Pioneer contractual protections?

The rights and obligations of Spryson and each Pioneer continue to be governed by the applicable executed agreements between the parties. Where additional terms or modifications are appropriate, those will be addressed through applicable contractual documentation. The expanded Pioneer Success Program is intended to create additional programs, education, resources, opportunities, and support around the Pioneer relationship.

What’s next

November 01 is the starting point. In the weeks that follow, you will begin seeing:

  • Pioneer surveys and requests for input
  • Our first Pioneer Master Class
  • Pioneer video interviews
  • Marketing and practice-growth planning
  • Clinical case submissions
  • New online training
  • Research participation discussions
What we heard. What we built. What we delivered. What we learned. What comes next.

At the end of the first 90 days we will hold a Pioneer 90-Day Review and use what we have learned together to establish our priorities for Q1 2027. Our goal is to build an expanding ecosystem around NeuroAI — combining technology, advanced clinical expertise, education, research, AI, new models of patient care, practice growth, and a network of clinicians working at different levels of specialization. We want the Pioneer community to have an important role in shaping that future.

We start November 01. We look forward to building the next phase with you.
